Use this page to set your User Workflow Receipt Preferences in dspConduct™.
To access this page, select dspConduct > Security > My Settings in the Navigation pane.

No Workflow |
Click to receive no notifications when requests to which you have access move through workflow. |

Messages Only |
Click to receive notifications via a message in the DSP®. NOTE: dspConduct™ sends workflow messages to users who have access to a request when a request is created, canceled, deleted, finished, rejected or reset. |

Email Only |
Click to receive notifications via email. NOTE: dspConduct™ sends emails to users who have access to a request when a request is created, canceled, deleted, finished, rejected or reset. |

Messages and Email |
Click to receive notifications via a message and email. |

USER ID |
Displays the name of the user who will receive the workflow message. |
|
WORKFLOW SEND MESSAGE |
If checked, the selected user receives notification via a message in the DSP®. |
|
WORKFLOW SEND EMAIL |
If checked, the selected user receives notification via email. |
|
Positions |
Click to open the My Positions page to assign positions to the selected user. |

Displays the user id of the primary user. |

Displays the start date at which the backup user has the security rights of the primary user. |

Displays the end date at which the backup user loses the security rights of the primary user. |
